Weather data needs a network connection and a valid route location.

In the app

  1. Check the iPhone is online and open the route again.
  2. Scroll to Weather Conditions and retry Weather map & more.
  3. Force-close and reopen Go Guide if the cards remain blank.
  4. Update the app and test weather on another route to see whether the issue is route-specific.

  1. The main website does not currently show the full Go Guide weather view.
  2. Use a trusted weather provider as a fallback and include the route ID when reporting an app weather problem.
