There are two ways to create a Go Guide account: Apple or your mobile number. A single account keeps your saved routes, activity, challenges and profile together across the app and website.
In the app
- Open Go Guide and tap Sign Up Free.
- Sign up with Apple: choose Apple, confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your Apple ID credentials, then complete any profile details Go Guide requests.
- Sign up with your mobile number: select the correct country code, enter your mobile number and tap Send Code. Enter the 6-digit code sent by SMS, then complete your name and other requested profile details.
- Add a profile photo if you want one, finish setup and use the same Apple ID or mobile number whenever you return.
On the web
- Select Login or Signup in the website header, then select Create your free account.
- Continue with Apple: authenticate using the Apple ID you want connected to Go Guide, then complete any requested profile details.
- Continue with your mobile number: enter your number with the correct country code, request the SMS code and enter the latest 6-digit code received.
- Complete the requested account details, optionally upload a JPG, PNG or WebP profile photo up to 5 MB, then select Create free account.
