Offline access works only for route or area data fully stored on the device in advance.
In the app
- Reconnect to the internet and confirm Premium is active.
- Open the route, select Download and wait for the completed state.
- Open the downloaded route before leaving coverage to verify the map and details.
- If it was already downloaded, remove and download it again while connected.
On the web
- Offline route packages are managed in the app, not the web browser.
- Use the website to find the route, send it to the device and complete the download in Go Guide.
