Offline downloads are device-specific and can be removed when you no longer need them.
In the app
- Tap Profile, then select My Downloaded routes for individual route downloads.
- Open the offline-area list for regions downloaded with Download Routes by Region.
- Select a downloaded item to use it offline, or use its delete option to free storage.
- If the app offers Delete All Downloads, confirm only after checking you no longer need any offline route or area.
On the web
- The website can show saved account routes but cannot list or delete files held on your iPhone.
- Manage offline storage in the Go Guide app on the device where it was downloaded.
