Offline Maps is a Go Guide Premium feature designed to keep downloaded routes, maps and navigation information available when mobile signal disappears.

Go Guide app

In the app

  1. While you still have a reliable connection, open the route and select Download. Premium users can download individual routes and supported map areas.
  2. Wait until Go Guide confirms the route is downloaded before leaving coverage. Starting an undownloaded route while online may also prepare it automatically in the background.
  3. Open your downloaded routes to check the map, route metadata and navigation are ready.
  4. Without signal, start and follow a route only if it was downloaded beforehand. Premium Track & Go can record without a pre-downloaded route.
  5. When signal returns, activity stored on the phone syncs automatically and online map options return.
