A saved route is not automatically an offline route. Premium users must download it or allow an online route start to prepare it.
In the app
- Connect to Wi-Fi or reliable mobile data and open the route.
- Tap Download. If asked, complete or restore the Apple Premium purchase.
- Keep Go Guide open until Downloaded or the confirmation tick appears.
- Before setting off, open the downloaded route once and check the route line and essential details load.
On the web
- Find and review the route on goguide.co.uk.
- Select Open in App, then Send to Go Guide app. Open the phone notification and download the route in the app.
- There is no web-browser offline-download option.
