The Apple connection is managed by Apple. Before disconnecting it, make sure another Go Guide sign-in method is available.
In the app
- If you created the account with Apple and want to sign in using your mobile number, first add your mobile number to your Go Guide profile. Confirm it has saved before continuing.
- Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then open Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple.
- Select Go Guide, tap Delete or Stop Using Apple ID, and confirm.
- Return to Go Guide and sign in with the mobile number saved on your account.
On the web
- If necessary, first add your mobile number to your Go Guide profile.
- Sign in at account.apple.com and open Sign-In and Security → Sign in with Apple.
- Select Go Guide, choose Stop using Sign in with Apple, and confirm.
- Use your saved mobile number the next time you sign in to Go Guide.
